About The Author

Carry Steffens Holding His Book

I graduated from Windsor High School in 1973, I was the valedictorian of my senior class, Oh wait, that was for summer school! Actually, I was a gear head, driving my first car, a 1967 GTO to school, like one Willie bequeath to Dr. Lillenberg in the book. I spent 4 years in the Air force working on the F-4 Phantom Fighter Jet and the B-52 Bomber, on the characteristics that kept them from playing well with others. I worked at an auto assembly plant for 2 years until gas prices approached the unheard price of 60 cents a gallon, shuttering the plant. I then became a professional wood butcher, and spent 10 years in the Carpenters Union. Long enough to figure out I didn’t need them and struck out on my own. This lead to residential and commercial real estate development and management. I prefer the beach front properties. I divide my time between St. Louis Missouri and the beaches of Gulf Shores.

If any of this peaks your interest select the appropriate web page where I can bore you to tears in detail.

Currently I am 50-18 years old (sounds better to me than 68) but that is of course on it temporary. I spend my time my limited car collection and take solo long distance Harleys trips because no one will play with me.
